Books, books and more books

Over the last two weeks I have been in a bit of a book mood. I just finished reading David Sedaris' Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim, which I really enjoyed. And here is what is next on my list (in no particular order).

Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert

Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia

I remember being interested when this book came out, but let's face it, I bought because the movie is coming out.

Best Friends Forever by Jennifer Weiner

Best Friends Forever: A Novel

I love Jennifer Weiner.

The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, The Girl Who Played With Fire by Steig Larsson

The Girl with the Dragon TattooThe Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's NestThe Girl Who Played with Fire (Vintage)

My mom is reading these books and tells me they are wonderful. I try to do what my mother tells me, so I bought them.

The Red Queen by Philippa Gregory

The Red Queen: A Novel (The Cousins' War)

I love Philippa Gregory's books (minus the whole Wideacre trilogy--really, really not good). Historical fiction has always fascinated me. Although looking at this cover I can't help thinking of Bavmorda.

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

The Hunger Games

Sally recommended this book and since she doesn't read a whole lot of older kid's books, I knew it must be good.

So now I have all these books sitting on my overcrowded bookshelf (along with a bunch of other books I haven't read) and I can't decide which to read first. Any suggestions?

I am going to finish EPL if it kills me...and it might. I am very disappointed in it. But I loved all three of the Larsson books. Have you read South of Broad? I LOVE Pat Conroy.
