Sorry to disappoint all my loyal followers (ha!), but not much has been going on up here in the Pacific Northwest. I have been busily slaving my way through grad school (almost done!) and finally just finished my work sample. Hopefully I'll be able to breathe just a little bit before the end of the term! Student teaching has been going swimmingly. While at first I was a bit leery, the kindergarten class has actually been quite fun. Not sure it's where I am meant to be, but it does give me pause in my determination to teach intermediate grades.
Seann and the dogs are doing well. Our winter has thankfully been relatively dry for this area. It happens to be a rainy day today, but we've seen a lot fewer of those this year, which our carpet has been grateful for. And it makes my treks to school much easier.
That's about it. I know, terribly exciting. I'll try and do something crazy in the next week or so to make up for it!
Hanna-Barbera got it wrong. Who knew?
